I took some time off the blog because I wanted to create impact, help people in some way even if it’s through my writing. I know most people enjoy my reviews, and I’d still be doing that too but I’d be focusing more on helping people with their self growth and development. 

I had almost no confidence at one point in my life and I needed validation from people, I needed people to like me to feel good, the list is endless. Let’s not even talk about my weight, I used to be so fat once upon a time; and though I’ve lost so much weight I still struggle with seeing myself as I used to be. I’m still a work in progress and that’s why I know this is the right time to make this addition to the content I create. 

So many people battle with their self confidence and self esteem on a daily basis and I hope I’d be able to help going forward. 


As an introduction to more of what you’ll be seeing, I’d be sharing 5 daily affirmations to help with your self confidence in no particular order:

  • I am worthy. 
  • I am good enough. 
  • All I need is within me. 
  • I have unshakable faith. 
  • Miracles are taking place in my life. 

Practice speaking this affirmations to yourself everyday especially when you feel your lowest.  Try writing down your thoughts in a journal for a month. Write how you feel, the negative thoughts, the positive thoughts, etc. until you can figure what triggers your emotions you can’t work on it.
