SABROSO RESTAURANT – Arabic, South Indian, And Mexican Restaurant

Sabroso restaurant is a mix of Arabic, South Indian, and Mexican. Each culture’s food had unique similarities, making it so easy to merge.  I was invited for a complimentary dinner at Sabroso Restaurant and it was quite an eventful evening. From trying out the Taco’s, to the chicken enchiladas, to the quesadilla, down to the shorbat adas, to the basabusa, down to the masala dosa, just to name a few. FOOD TASTING AT BROOK LOUNGE ABUJA

We started with the Chicken Corn Soup with bread, then proceeded to taste the Chicken Milanese, then the Jambalaya Rice, and ended it with a bowl of mixed fruits. Our drinks were so colorful I almost didn’t want to drink mine. Chicken Corn Soup  I’m…

FOOD TASTING || SHABU SHABU AT MISO JAPANESE AND THAI RESTAURANT

A few Sunday’s back, I and some of your favorite Abuja food bloggers were invited to Miso Japanese and Thai Restaurant to try out their Shabu Shabu menu. It was an amazing evening eating, drinking Heineken courtesy of Heineken Ng and chatting with some of my faves and our amazing host Calabarboyfoodie and some others. Description according to Wikipedia || Shabu-shabu is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. The term is onomatopoeic, derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot. The food is cooked piece by piece by the diner at…
