    Coffee Bar Abuja

Coffee Bar Abuja is a cozy and stylish café located in the bustling city of Abuja. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the chic and modern décor, which features sleek furniture, and a beautiful outdoor plant wall that adds a touch of greenery to the space. The café has a casual and laid-back atmosphere that is perfect for a quick coffee break, a casual meeting, or a relaxing meal. Casa Mexicana Restaurant Abuja

Casa Mexicana is a charming Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. The restaurant boasts a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that immediately transports you to the streets of Mexico. From the colorful murals on the walls to the traditional Mexican music playing in the background, Casa Mexicana does an excellent job of creating an authentic experience for its customers. I and a fellow food blogger Hadiza stopped by Casa Mexicana and one of the standout features of Casa Mexicana is the exceptional service provided by its staff. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted…

The restaurant has an earthy color scheme, with warm wooden accents and pops of greenery throughout. SKETCH RESTAURANT ABUJA

Sketch restaurant doesn’t look like your average Abuja restaurant (as almost every restaurant in the capital has the same look).  This restaurant is the new sensation in the capital all thanks to its unique ambiance. Sketch restaurant, just as the name gives an illusion of walking into a black and white cartoon or storybook. With its 2D/3D features, it makes the space aesthetically interesting.  I love that the space is exceptionally unique and the rooftop lights up so beautifully at night.  I got to try off a few stuff from their breakfast menu: Blueberry French Toast Breakfast Hash Cappuccino  Latte…

    RÉNAO RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE ABUJA

Rénao is a restaurant and lounge located in the heart of the busy part of the capital – Abuja. Stepping into this restaurant and lounge, you are greeted with interesting music slowly blasting from the speakers and well-dressed waiters waiting to serve you.  There’s the general restaurant area, a bar area, a reading area, a games area with different games to choose from, and the VIP area. MANILA 101 – AUTHENTIC FILIPINO RESTAURANT IN ABUJA

I got to try authentic Filipino food at Manila 101 restaurant in Abuja.  Manila 101 is the only Filipino restaurant in Abuja, and they pride themselves on making authentic Filipino food. The food here is made by the owner who is also the head chef and is Filipino. She learned how to make every Filipino dish from her mom.  Every food on the menu at Manila 101 is Filipino, and recently they launched their breakfast/brunch menu and I was invited to try out some things on the menu. If you’ve been reading my blog posts, you’ll know that Manila 101…

    TAR TAR ABUJA

Tar Tar Abuja is one of the newest restaurants in the capital. With their cocktails as their selling point, they also offer grilled foods and platters. Walking into Tar Tar Abuja, the first thing that caught my attention was their bar. It was simple yet beautiful. Then the next thing that caught my attention was their famous face backdrop -if you’re on Instagram it should have popped on your timeline a few times. Their interior decor isn’t all that, as they paid more attention to the bar and the outdoor sitting area than they did for the inside space.  The…

    TODAY’S BUKKA ABUJA

If you’re thinking Nigerian dishes in Abuja then you should be thinking about Today’s Bukka.  As I stepped into Today’s Bukka Abuja, I fell in love with the interior decor. The wooden chairs and tables and make-believe trees gave the restaurant a modern-local vibe. The artworks hanging on select areas of the restaurant were all woven and beautiful. Also, each table had different types of games on them – if you grew up in the typical Nigerian home, then some of the games will be familiar to you.  They paid attention to the details of their space which blends with…
