    I got to try authentic Filipino food at Manila 101 restaurant in Abuja.  Manila 101 is the only Filipino restaurant in Abuja, and they pride themselves on making authentic Filipino food. The food here is made by the owner who is also the head chef and is Filipino. She learned how to make every Filipino dish from her mom.  Every food on the menu at Manila 101 is Filipino, and recently they launched their breakfast/brunch menu and I was invited to try out some things on the menu.
