A phenomenal banana pancake is fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside with a delicate banana flavor.

I’m a big lover of pancakes, and I’m on a journey of trying out every flavor of pancakes however long it takes. For the first time I tried banana pancakes and I finally understood why the loml prefers it to any other type of pancakes (it’s his favorite type). Ps: he’s been telling me to try banana pancakes since forever, but me being me kept dragging it out.

In this post, I’d be sharing my banana pancake recipe.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA PANCAKES ||

Set the all purpose flour aside.

Mix the sugar and milk in a separate bowl.

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.

In a separate bowl mash up the bananas until almost smooth.

Add the mixed sugar and milk into the flour bowl, then add the eggs and mix properly.

Add the mashed bananas to the mix and half cup of water.

Fold the batter with a spatula, it will be thick and lumpy.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat.

Using a deep spoon, scoop the pancake batter onto the pan and cook until some bubbles appear on the top and the underside is golden brown and crisp.

Flip the pancake and cook for a few minutes more, between 45 seconds to a minute.

Serve as desired!
