We had plans of visiting an art gallery on this beautiful day, unfortunately the one we picked was total crap. The customer service was horrible and I wasn’t going to let anyone ruin my day or time. So we decided to leave there and get something light to eat. After surfing Instagram, I saw this page that caught my eyes, suggested it and everyone was on board with going there! So I called them to let them know we were coming and viola! The best unplanned hot chocolate got to settle in our cold bellies.

I enjoyed the freshness of my croissant as I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The hot chocolate was prepared very well, wasn’t too sweet, just as I love it. The guy that waited our table was patient, and friendly in a professional way which isn’t something you always see in Abuja restaurants or cafés.
AMBIENCE ||
Pappa Roti’s cafe won my heart with its minimalist yet not basic decor. From the framed artwork of buns hanging on the wall, to the black and white table and chairs collection really did it for me.
Who came up with the idea of dropping little cactus plant pots on the tables? That person is a genius! It’s a serene place and really gives the café vibe so if you’re the type that likes to work on their laptop in a quite place with a cup of hot chocolate in one hand, then Pappa Roti is definitely your go to place.
