FOOD TASTING || SHABU SHABU AT MISO JAPANESE AND THAI RESTAURANT

A few Sunday’s back, I and some of your favorite Abuja food bloggers were invited to Miso Japanese and Thai Restaurant to try out their Shabu Shabu menu. It was an amazing evening eating, drinking Heineken courtesy of Heineken Ng and chatting with some of my faves and our amazing host Calabarboyfoodie and some others.

Description according to Wikipedia ||

Shabu-shabu is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. The term is onomatopoeic, derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot. The food is cooked piece by piece by the diner at the table.

My favorite part of the evening was watching everything I ate get prepared in front of me! I totally enjoyed the sweet corn and chicken soup and my fave item on the table was the sausage and pineapple skewers!

With N15,000 four people can enjoy the shabu shabu platter and MisoJapanese and Thai Restaurant are currently having their Christmas family grill fest, check them out on Instagram for more details.
